Hybrid virtual or in-person LPF Hypopressives at Activcore Denver, CO
April 25-26, 2026 at 9am EST
Learn Low Pressure Fitness Level 1 hypopressives in this 15 hour Live In-person or Virtual remote access course. The course is instructed by Ashlea Lytle, PT and Becky Keller, PT LPF mastercoach . This course is focused on both the theoretical and practical application of LPF hypopressives with immediate feedback and correction of the Level 1 technical principles and poses. Founder Dr. Tamara Rial, will lecture with pre-recorded videos (sent prior to the course) to discuss the LPF background, anatomy and abdominopelvic and respiratory pathophysiology.
Practical Contents:
Hypopressives breathing and apnea
Level 1 stationary goddess poses and sequence of module 1 LPF exercises
Diaphragmatic myofascial release exercises
Transitions and progressions of module 1 sequence
Methodological adaptations of module 1 LPF teaching
Methodology and procedures of Level 1 individual and small group sessions
Level 1 assessment
NO prerequisite training required.
Course schedule is 9:00 am - 3:30pm Saturday and Sunday with a lunch break on own. Course certificate will be awarded upon completion of course and participant will have the distinction of being LPF Level 1 trained.
Course will be Hosted at WActivcore Location in Cherry Creek Denver: 425 S Cherry St #600, Denver, CO 80246.
If you choose the virtual option, zoom link will be provided and can join remotely. Either option will provide immediate live feedback for learning the technique and practice. Reminder, this is not a home study course, and Live attendance is required to obtain your course completion certificate.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 3 weeks prior to course will receive a refund less $100 administrative fee. Late cancellations will be credited to attend a future course. If course is cancelled, tuition will be refunded in full.
